Kalokini ships WORLDWIDE via the USPS.

Buyer will receive a shipping confirmation email via PayPal when the package is shipped, tracking number is provided in email.

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 48 HOURS FOR TRACKING INFO TO UPDATE

Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Below are the current projected shipping times after your order has been dropped off at the post office:

Hawaii : 3-4 business days.
Continental US: 6-7 business days.
All Other: 8-10 business days.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged mail.

Returns & Exchanges:

DAMAGED OR DEFECTED ITEMS

We do our utmost best to make sure our products are the best quality. However no one is perfect and there could be some pieces that are overlooked. If you receive an item that is defected in any way please email kalokini@yahoo.com within 3 business days of receiving your order and we will resolve the issue right away.
